Self Catering Holiday Cottage

Rye Hill Farm offer a self-catering cottage for an authentic taste of rural life in one of Britain’s most beautiful counties.

Northumbria is one of the most unique and impressive areas within the UK.

The Old Byre

Originally the milking byres with feed stores upstairs, now accommodates up to 7 people self-catering + Baby in Cot.

Ground Floor

The ground floor of our self catering cottage is suitable for wheelchair users, and comprises:

• Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer etc.
• Open plan living and dining area including with a gas log burning stove and T.V.
• En-suite bedroom with twin beds. Bathroom with full disabled access: appropriate hand rails and a shower chair are all provided.
• Under-floor heating throughout.

First Floor

King-size double room and triple room, with a double bed & a single. Both bedrooms are en-suite.

Additional Facilities

Our games barn has a pool table, table tennis, skittle alley and other games. We also have a utility room with DIY laundry facilities and of course plenty of space to sit outside and relax.

Evening Meals can be ordered in advance from the farm house and brought over to you ready to serve.

All linen and central heating are included in the rent.

We also have stabling for Horses and Bike shed for you to use with prior arrangement.
